2021 August Tide Red Blend

Paying homage to the previous life of Captain Stentiford’s beloved ship the ‘Laira’, August Tide Dry Red wine is inspired by the classic dominant blends originating from the Left Bank in Bordeaux, France which offer a complex and powerful wine displaying pure cassis.

WINEMAKERS NOTES

The palate displays intense and pure juicy dark fruits with well integrated and subtle nutty, mocha oak characters. The structure is rich and round with a fine yet powerful tannin structure that highlights the classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
